This is your sanctuary, your healing, and your nourishment. Here, your inner wisdom is held with the gentlest hands, inviting you to release and reconnect.

We are honoured to be able to work and play in the unceded traditional territories (Ha-hoothlees) of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ, ƛaʔuukʷiʔatḥ (Tla-o-qui-aht), ʕaaḥuusʔatḥ  (Ahousaht) Maaqtusiis, t̓uk̓ʷaaʔatḥ (Toquaht), and Hesquiaht first nations.

Seeds of Vitality is a space to comfort you, offering a rhythm that allows you to explore your own pace of healing and awaken your senses to the rich soil beneath your feet, as the waves break along the shore.

Deep Flow/ Deep Tissue Massage

A journey beneath the surface. With slow and intentional exploration, this massage follows the pathways of the Myofascial Meridians, exploring your body’s hidden tensions and easing the layers of restricted tissue. Guided by intuition and a blend of professional deep-tissue and sport massage techniques. This treatment invites you to aid your mobility and to return to fluidity and a state of steady, grounded ease.

Hot Basalt Stone Massage

Experience your mind softening and your breath deepening. This massage glides warm volcanic stones across your muscles, melting the tension inside out. As the heat absorbs, the whole body slips into a state of profound calm. It is particularly rejuvenating after time in the cold Pacific waters, wrapping you in warmth that pulses all the way to your core.

Ayurvedic Dry Brush & Sesame Oil Massage

This ritualistic massage is designed to stimulate the body from the outside in. A soft brush on your skin that follows a rhythm to circulate your blood and lymphs that results in an illuminating skin and enriches your senses. Warm sesame oil is then massaged, absorbed in the joints and tissues to invigorate and soothe. Dry brushes are available to purchase at The Den to continue your ritual at home.
