A soft brush on your skin that follows a rhythm to circulate your blood and lymphs that results in an illuminating skin and enriches your senses. This offering is a one-on-one session designed to support you in connecting with me through a somatic approach that emphasizes presence in the here and now. The session provides a safe, grounded container to gently notice and explore what is arising in your body. As I continue my journey into Somatic Therapy, these sessions are offered at a trade rate of $100 (no tax) for a 50-minute session.

This offering brings my treatments directly to your retreat, surf camp, wedding, bachelorette, birthday, floating bathhouse, sauna, or other special gatherings for up to 6 hours. Guests can enjoy massage, mini facials, and seaweed exfoliation, with session times tailored to fit the size of your group.

Wear whatever feels comfortable (in the nude or with underclothes on). You will be properly draped at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

Please notify me before your session. Many conditions can be safely accommodated, but some may require a doctor’s clearance or treatment adjustments. The information for your medical needs will be discussed through the process of filling my preliminary booking form.

Yes. Gift cards and booked sessions for others are welcome, but new clients must complete a booking intake form before their appointment.

It depends on your goals. For stress relief, every 2–4 weeks can be effective. For chronic pain or athletic recovery, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be ideal.

Advanced booking is required. You must book your treatment at least 24–48 hours in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation message. If you are a new client, you must complete our preliminary booking form before your first session.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee (100% of the service cost). Seeds of Vitality has a no-show policy, which will charge you the full amount of the treatment. In case of emergencies, I allow exceptions at your discretion. Please contact directly: seedsofvitality@gmail.com

In location at Wellness Collective Studio, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and complete any required forms. For mobile services, I will need a 10–15 minute setup time upon arrival. If I arrive and cannot access the client’s location, it may count as a no-show. In the case of the client arriving home or to the vacation rental late, the session may be shortened out of respect for my other appointments.

Your space, must be clean with a large and clear area to accommodate the massage table (approx. 6×9 feet). Your parking spot/driveway must be legal parking and must be available; parking fees may be added. In regard to the travel distance, sessions must be within the designated service area; additional travel fees may apply outside that radius. For safety protocol, I reserve the right to decline a location deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

My accepted methods of payment are Cash, card, e-transfer, online payments, etc. The payment timing is due at the start or end of the session (whichever you prefer). When booking, I ask for you to hold your credit card information for my booking system.
