Seeds of Vitality, offering massage and wellness all along the West Coast of Vancouver Island and beyond. It has been 19 years of working in beautiful communities and properties along the coast. Our coast is a truly magnificent place to thrive and heal. I created the name Seeds of Vitality Wellness because throughout our lives if we plant the seeds and nourish their growth they will thrive and be vital. This is also true to the wellness we provide to our bodies and our minds. The massage, the bodywork, the somatic awareness. Beautiful rituals of nourishing the face with harvested ingredients.
